WNDR3700V2 DNS resolution
New to this stuff Have run DNS resolution tests on 2 computers on same router one says using internal dns 192.168.1.1 & the other a level3 communications server 4.2.2.1 resolvers.level3.net The i...
Whoops ! Turns out during a tech mainteanace activity the DNS search was converted from automatic to manual with 4.2.2.1 as IP . Not sure if this was the cause of delays but highly likely
Both are windows 10 with all updates allowed automatically DNS assigned automatically Flush? will dig in to how
You may go to the command prompt and type ipconfig /flushdns then hit enter.
