wndr3700v3 no longer lets me manage my router with the upgrade to Genie
When I first download and install genie I can login to the router. Once I restart my computer I can no loger login to Genie and this has been since the upgrade. I have uninstalled genie and waited ...
I did do the factory reset and it now works. Thanks

Are you getting any error when you try to login?
How is the computer connected to the router? Is it wired or wireless?
Do you also have the latest firmware installed on the router?
If you have not updated the firmware yet, make sure that you load the fw ver 1.0.0.38.
Once you have uploaded the firmware, factory reset the router then reconfigure.
