WNDR3700v4 parental controls stopped
Hi, I had parental controls working and recently noticed certain devices my teen uses are able to connect to the Internet during periods that were excluded. When I connect to the router and try to enable parental controls it redirects me the the netgear website. When I use the Genie app, it won't lgin with my Open DNS account.
Please advise on the above, any help is appreciated.

Netgear has been messing around with parental controls. It wants people to pay for Circle. But that might not be an option on your ageing (2014) router.
Pretty well the only way to manage things now is to use a browser as a direct way into:

Thanks for the link. When I login I can see the parental conrols I setup but unfortunately when I login to my router it says the parental controls are disabled. When I click on not enabled it just redirects me to https://www.netgear.com/home/services/circle-smart-parental-controls.
You earlier mentioned the "genie app". Which genie is that? The mobile app or the desktop genie for your operating system?
The desktop genie may give you some control over parental controls.
Unfortunately, Netgear is doing its best to hide the download for the genie. You should be able to find it on the support pages for your device.
Visit the support pages:

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware. It may also be here:
