Or that age of router and its design, it's probably hitting the max speed. NOt sure of that model router supported or had any Cut thru or HW NAT accelleration support which is needed for high speeds near 900Mpbs over a ethernet connection.
is that kind of like what power over ethernet does? the N600 is just a normal 12v switching power supply and the Unifi ap is PoE switching gigabit power supply.
