WNDR3800 only getting 300Mbps with hard wired connection.

The wndr3800 was released over 11 years ago. When it was released, there wasn't the big push for maxing out gigabit. It has the capability of having the gigabit port but wasn't going to max it out. From looking at testing on it, it hit about that 350 (ish)mbps. 

Which is right around what you're hitting with it.

So if you're wanting something faster, its time to upgrade to something from the same decade of life 🙂
