WNDR4000 — Drops Connection and does not Connect

Hi, my trusted WNDR4000 keeps losing WiFi Connectivity and also the iPhone shows unsecured network messages along with Windows 10/11. Nothing has changed in my home network that I know of just started being unreliable. I have been thinking of upgrading the Router and it is possible the time to do so. Windows will not connect to it and sometimes will connect after a Router reboot - strange.

These devices are adding security layers to their wifi and networks requirements.

Your "trusted" WNDR4000 is also an ageing (2010) WNDR4000. So it is a decade behind what modern networks and wifi clients prefer. WPA or WPA2 are about if for your router. Maybe your stuff needs WPA3.

    Connect how? Wifi or wired?

    Probably a good idea.
