wndr4300v2 parental control not working
hi everyone, just want to have some of your expertise about parental control issue im having, here is my hardware info,
-model: wndr4300v2
-firmware: from v1.0.0.56 to v1.0.0.58
-my desktop gen...

Please make sure that a factory reset is done after the firmware update. Please keep us posted if the issue will persist.

thanks for the quick reply from you sir,
- and as you instructed, i did a factory reset on my router
- just for info, i have not done that after i upgraded my router firmware
- router rebooted itself after factory reset
- try to have a backup on your current settings, to make it easy for restoring after the reset
- then at last, i was able to access this window below from desktop genie, in which, before i was having an error window message, as seen on my first post.
- after saving your parental settings, it won't effect right away, need to wait a few minutes before it will take effect ( in my case)..
- and now it works..!
