     Thanks for your welcome.

    By the wan side the ping is of "Respond to Ping on Internet Port.

    By the Ziggo modem in the firewall choice the 

    SPI Firewall Protection    was medium en now low.

     

    The problem is over.

Is "Respond to Ping on Internet Port" unchecked? You should be able to see this option under the WAN setup in the admin page of the NETGEAR router.
