wndr4500 DHCP assign IP outside set range
I don't understand why the router assign IP adresses outside the DHCP range which is set from 192.168.1.10 to 192.168.1.50 The router assign IP outside this range e.g. I see assigned IP 192.168.1...

It appears you made changes in the DHCP settings for some reason. One could assume then you had a reason too which is irrelevant. You need to verify on those .100 & .106 devices their default gateway IP is 192.168.1.1 unless you changed that too.
For you to limit the DHCP like you have YOU must have some other DHCP server or used address reservations or a static IP as alternate setup in that devices client setup.
All that said, preform a factory default reset and start over using default settings.

When you changed your DHCP pool, the router should have automatically rebooted. If not, reboot router. Also, disconnect devices that have 1.100 addresses, wait a few seconds, plug devices back into network. Do the same for wireless devices - disconnect from network and reconnect. Also, ensure you do not have any devices with statically configured IP's in that range..

Yesterday, I disconnected devices that have 1.100 addresses and rebooted all. Seem that it solved the problem at that time. So I was quiet happy.
But just started my PC, and checked the IP addresses assigned. And again the router assign IP adresses outside the set DHCP range
Really, I don't understand why? Is there something wrong with the WNDR4500? I use firmware version V1.0.1.40_1.0.68
