wndr4500 DHCP assign IP outside set range
I don't understand why the router assign IP adresses outside the DHCP range which is set from 192.168.1.10 to 192.168.1.50 The router assign IP outside this range e.g. I see assigned IP 192.168.1...

It appears you made changes in the DHCP settings for some reason. One could assume then you had a reason too which is irrelevant. You need to verify on those .100 & .106 devices their default gateway IP is 192.168.1.1 unless you changed that too.
For you to limit the DHCP like you have YOU must have some other DHCP server or used address reservations or a static IP as alternate setup in that devices client setup.
All that said, preform a factory default reset and start over using default settings.
