WNDR4500V2 - Remote Access manual says yes but cannot do in mobile app
So in the manual it says you can do remote access (I have the latest firmware V1.0.0.72_1.0.45 In the genie manual it says remote access can work with this...so I go to slide the remote access in...

_Which_ "the IOS app"?
Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Documentation. Get the User Manual (at least). Read. Look for
"Remote Management". Can you use a web browser to do what you want
(with your firmware version)?

Why do you want to restart the router remotely? If it gets into
enough trouble that it needs to be restarted, then I wouldn't bet on
being able to talk to it _locally_, let alone remotely.
