WNDR4500v3 wireless throttling
Good morning, I just ended up changing back to my Arris Sb8200 and WNDR4500v3 to get away from the Xfinity rental. My internet plan is at 200mbps, my wired connection at the router is just over 200 m...
1. you won't get much more than 40-50mbps out of the 2.4ghz if even that
2. the 5ghz might get you faster speeds. Try a factory reset and only change the ssid during setup. Leave everything else stock. Then test its speeds. Its doubtfull through as when that router was tested (10 years ago), it barely hit the 100mbps speeds.

That router is going on a decade old so its not going to be the fastest.
