Sounds like the ethernet ports might have died on it. What I would try is to do a hard reset by pressing the reset button for 30 seconds and see if that fixes it but it will be reset back to factory defaults and you'll have to redo your wifi password and set up. Otherwise your wired connections might not work anymore.
is there any other test (maybe some sort of loopback) that can be done before a factory reset?
