WNR2000v3 firmware upgrade

I have the WNR2000v3 with firmware V1.0.1.26. I tried to install the recent security upgrade, v1.1.2.18, but got the following message: "Warning! You are trying to upload a world wide firmware which is different from the NA you had. Do you still want to continue?". Why the warning? Is this safe to install?
