I tryed to change my password by using netgear genie as to many people have my password but now i cannot access the internet all three green lights are on

How are you trying to access the Internet? (Wifi? Wired?)
What happen when you try to access the Internet.

Visit the support pages:

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.
Check the section in the manual on troubleshooting.
You may have to reset the router and set it up from scratch.
The WNR2000v5 is now an old router your version is from 2015 but that device dates back to 2010.
