X box One double Nat from ATT

Rural community. LB 1120 Netgear modem already set to bridge mode. Linked to Tenda AC6 router. Internet works fine. ATT sim card on IPv4. No 6 available. Tried a VPN, didn't work. Tried to set a static IP. No luck.

Only issue is that Xbox one S will not allow multiplay owing to Double NAT detected and Strict NAT setting.

Have been told that I cannot get rid of thr double NAT as that is what ATT are putting out in the first place. Which means that xbox is worthless. Surely there has to be a way to open a NAT. Help, please

What is the IP address of the WAN/Internet interface on the Tenda
AC6 (I'd guess: Internet Settings > IP Address)?  Plug that address
into the form at: https://whois.arin.net/ .  Is it a public address or a
private address?  If it's not a public IP address, and the LB1120 really
is in bridge mode, then there's nothing which you can do about it from
    your end.

"told" by whom?  I'd trust no one, but see above for a way to be
    sure.

Choose a different ISP?  Complain to AT&T?

       Possibly interesting:
