xbox one connection problems
I Cant connect to xbox live with the router with older routers i used like n300 i had to change something in the firewall settings or lower the firewall setting but on this router im not sure what t...
- Well for one I had the router setup correctly. I simply for got that I had my Xbox one console set to a static Ip for a different router I was using, before getting my n750 dual gigabyte router. So once I changed my setting on my Xbox to auto configure ip and auto configure DNs, the Xbox one was able to communicate with the router and connect online.
The ip was set to a range that wasn't in range with the new router.
It's wired, I contacted support late last night and chatted with a tech that helped me thanks.
How was the problem fixed?
