what modem/gateway are you connected? Modem Arris SURFboard SB6141, Router: Netgear AC1200 model R6220

What firmware is on the router? Updated yesterday

Are you connecting using the routerlogin address or its ip address? Tried both.

what ip address is showing as your default gateway when you're connected/

    IPv4 address  192.168.1.1

    IPv4 DNS server  192.168.1.5

        Figured out the problem.  Uninstalled the last Windows 10 update and now everything is working fine.  I'm beginning to really hate Microsoft.  Thanks for the help.
