2.4 Ghz Digital Frame doesn't work with RBR850 and 2 satellites...
I purchased 2 identical digital frames which only work at 2.4 Ghz. I'm using the RBR850 router with 2 satelites. I couldn't send any pictures to the frames no matter what I tried. My brother took one...
are they connected to wifi?
Are you able to see them on your network?
What modem/gateway is the orbi connected to?

Yes, they are connected to wifi.
I can see them in the network.
The router is connected to a Arris Surfboard S33.
