2.4 Ghz much slower than 5Ghz
The router is R6400v2, AC1750 ISP: Cox with 1Gbps plan Actual speed from modem: Lan:600-700 Wifi: 300-400 Router Lan and 5Ghz wifi is about the same as modem, but 2.4Ghz wifi I'm only getting 80-9...

As Qyooo says, 2.4 GHz is, as the name suggests, slower then 5 GHz.
These two bands trade off speed and range, with 5 GHz being faster but over a shorter range.
I chip in only to say that the speed of any wifi device depends on the wifi client. So some 2.4 GHz devices will be faster than others.
