2.4G Attached Devices have connection but not showing in Attached Devices R6700V3

I have noticed that my router will stop showing all the devices that are connected to my 2.4G network on my router, but they are still connected to the network because I can still access them. For example I have some Kasa Smart Plugs that can only connect to 2.4G and I can access them through the app. But when I try and access them through my Home Assistant device, they aren't avaliable. So I go to my router and check to see what devices are attached and no 2.4G devices show up. And then when I change a setting on my router and it updates the settings, then the 2.4G devices show up in the attached devices for some time before dissipearing again. But while they are showing in the Attached Devices I can see them with my home assistant.

Home Assistant is an open source home automation software that I am running on a raspberry pi. And I have spent some time digging into this issue and have narrowed it down to my Netgear Router.

So my question is, How can I get my router to always show the 2.4G Network Attached Devices, and not randomly.

I am running Firmware Version V1.0.4.106_10.0.80 on my router.

I have 14 total Devices at the time of this post.

Wired: 6

5G:     1

2.4G:  7
