2.4Ghz on R8500 keeps dropping but 5 still works fine
R8500 2.4 GHz stops working and all my IoT devices go offline and seem to be happening almost every night to every other night. Can Netgear fix the issue as a device that cost $400 shouldn’t be loosing 2.4GHz wifi.
Firmware version is V1.0.2.106
Just to confirm the 5Ghz wifi is up and running and stable, issue is just with 2.4Ghz and also changed the channel to see if that helped, which it didn’t.

2.4ghz is sensitive to interference. Have you simply tried changing which channels it broadcasts on?
