2G WiFi No Internet Connection

I have a Netgear R8500 router connected to an XFinity Modem (configured in Bridge Mode).  My 5G Wifi Internet is working without issue.  However, my 2G WiFi shows No Internet Connection when used (e.g. my iPhone shows "No Inernet Connection").

 

I've rebooted the Router and forgotten my 2G connections with no luck.

 

Wireless Network (2.4GHz b/g/n)
Enable SSID Broadcast
Name (SSID):   WiFi-2g
Channel: Auto
Mode: up to 1000 Mbps

WPA2-PSK [AES] is selected.

    What Firmware version is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

     

    Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update?
    Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
    Turn off and unplug modem.
    Turn off router and computers.
    Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
    Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
    Turn on computers and rest of network.

     

    Last resort would be a factory reset.
