is it only wireless devices with that issue? 

Do wired devices work fine?

      You're not being very detailed. 

      What happens when you factory reset? 

      Are you able to access the gui through the browser?

        Both 2.4ghz and 5ghz don't work including wired connection. 2.4 works just fine on both ends. (WiFi & wired)
