5G disappeared
Why does my 5G disappear from from my WiFi settings? It shows up on my modem and on my log-in page, as enabled. I called support and they want to charge me $100 to fix it!! it's only 2 years old. I...

Your device, (if bought in the US) is a year out of date on the warranty. And support isn't free after 90 days. Its on the box and one the website. So I'm not sure why you're complaining about having to pay if you want them to "support you" and help fix it.
I get that it sucks to have a device go bad after 2 years but standard warranties are 1 year. Other regions have a 2 year warranty but you didn't put what region you're in. but even those regions only have 90 days of support free.
In terms of the issues. michaelkenward had some good points. You didn't give us much to go off
