You get some sort of error message on some device or other?
The only thing that is red on my router is the 3 slot.
Which one is that? The only LEDs on the front that do "red" (amber) are power and Internet. If either of those is amber, you have a problem. A dead router or no Internet.
What about the 5 GHz wifi LED?
Tried pressing the wifi LED button?
