6700v3 5G network suddenly not joinable

Has a full power OFF of the ISP modem and router for 1 minute then back ON been performed?
What happens if you disable WPA security on 5Ghz and leave it open for a few minutes..can you connect then and keep connected or does it still fail? Re-enabled WPA2 and AES after checking this.
Try changing channels on 5Ghz...
Thanks for your response! So I tried all of your recommendations one at a time this morning. I unplugged power To both modem and router for one minute. Switched security for that network to none and tried to connect (still says unable to join). Changed back to WPA2-PSK [AES] then tried changing to a couple different channels. Still having same problem. The weird thing is that the network seems to not show up very quickly, the 2.4 shows up right away but the 5G takes much longer to show up to attempt to connect to. Let me know if you have any other suggestions to try out, thanks for helping.
