Just curious. It had to have come out half decently for the connections to be intact. so it'd have to go back in half decently.
My understanding is the board is there because its an amplified antenna.
the housing is just a protective. you don't *need* it but it should go back on without to much force or it wouldnt have come off.

Yet got it configured last night with DD-WRT as I heard of the "Bricking" issue with the Netgear Genie firmware but I think DD-WRT is missing some features mainly 5GHZ WiFi single smart mode and LED control.
I have the 400 (MBPS MB?) I forget which alphabet soup letter they use but it seem much faster even with my wired (most of my stuff) stuff.
I mostly use WiFi for stuff that lacks an ethernet port.
