A tool that easily measures actual Wi-Fi TX rate

I released a tool that I have used to years to measure the actual Wi-Fi TX rate from any device (laptop / PC / etc) that has Java installed -- see https://www.duckware.com/txrate/index.html.

Knowing device PHY rate is only the first step.  The obvious next question is how much of that PHY speed can a program use -- and this tool helps to answer that question (summary statistics and a real-time graph) without installing a full network protocol analyzer.

Quick Start (if you have Java installed): download the zip, extract into a temp folder, run the go.bat

Just run the program without any arguments to get command line options displayed if you want to dig deeper.
