AC1000 Wi-Fi router

I downloaded the nighthawk App in my phone and so I could keep control and turn on and off some devices in my home, in case my kids don’t follow rules or miss to do homework because they have too much screen time. But these days , I switched to new phone and I haven’t backup so I lost the Apps and I want the Nighthawk App back to my new phone but I can’t do so. Anyone can help or tell me how to do ? I already downloaded the Apps and login into the account but I can’t setting up and manage my AC1000 Wi-Fi router. Please help, Appreciate your help.
