AC1600 R6260 Can't log in to admin on my phone
My modem works good but I can't log into the Nighthawk app on my AOS phone. It gives me an error of "Logon timed out, please try agin. If this issue persists, try rebooting your devise."
I've tried rebooting, uninstalling app and reinstalling but nothing seems to help.

What device do you own? Your subject says R6260 but it is C6250 in the footer.
If it is the R6260, what firmware is it running? (There's nothing you can do about the C6250 .)
When the R6260 came out, it supported the genie app on mobile devices. It needs the right firmware to accept the Nighthawk app.
