AC1750 Model R6700v3 WiFi dropping every 5 min

Hello, we’ve had this model for about a year and a half. The Wi-Fi drops about every five minutes, especially when we are watching TV. Our kids have difficulty trying to complete their homework with it dropping so often. We have changed the cords. I have info that I wrote down when we first got this- regarding the port numbers, UDP and TPC ports? There are numbers connected with it, and I’m not sure if I need to reconfigure ports or something? Would appreciate any help, thank you!:)

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?

How many devices do you have all connected at one time?

Thank you for responding. It is the most updated version of firmware. The model number is R6 700 V3. We have Cincinnati Bell Internet, but we have the Netgear/Nighthawk Router.

Our Internet provider said that we should be able to run up to 25 devices, that is the fastest speed I could go, and that there was very good connection. So it is very confusing. We have five cell phones, two laptops, and a smart TV.
