Same issue. Router is only 2 years old and registered, but trying to get any support is absolutely useless. Trying to say the item is out of warranty…but they have no problems charging $150 for one of these. This is garbage and I’m sick and tired of spending good money on JUNK, only to have to replace these things so quickly. Class Action needs to be coming against Netgear….
