It is an R6400v2. AC1750 is a wifi speed. What firmware version do you have on the device?
A number is more useful than "the latest". (It may not be by the time people read this.) There can also be newer versions, or "hot fixes", that do not show up if you check for new firmware in the browser interface.Have you tried a factory reset?
How do I perform a factory reset on my NETGEAR router? | Answer | NETGEAR Support
If you visit the support pages:
Support | NETGEAR
you can feed in your model number and find the documentation for your hardware.
It will also have any firmware and drivers for your device.
Look for the model number on the label on the device.
Check the section in the manual on updating the firmware.
Check the troubleshooting section in the manual.

You can say the same thing over and over again, but without adding some useful information you are not going to get much further.
If you want Netgear to respond, use the official support system.
This place is essentially user-to-user.
Good luck.
