AC1750

,New router.  Can get 5g but not 2.4 on my laptop.  Wife can get 2.4.  Cannot connect printer without 2.4 on my computer.  How do i get router to offer 2.4?

    I appreciate your reply.  I did get it fixed with a reboot of the router.

    What actual router do you have? 

    If your wifi can see/connect to the 2.4ghz, its broadcasting from the router. Maybe its an issue with your phone
