Hello. I'm not a techno guru at all. I know I have an AC1900 (C6300BD) NETGEAR router. My understanding is it is dual band. Currently the 5G is being used for various apparatus at my home...

for Documentation. Get the User Manual (at least). Read. Look for a
topic like "Specify Basic Wireless Settings". Further reading might not
hurt, either.
