AC1900 Smart WiFi Router can't connect device that was previously turned off

I turned off the internet on my son's XBOX using the Nighthawk app.  Now I can't locate the device to turn it back on.  I thought maybe the MAC address is being filtered out, but cannot locate where to unfilter the MAC address.  Any idea how to fix this?
