AC1900 wifi range extender

This device will not show up on the Nighthawk app? How do I get it to show up? I have rest it and updated firmware. Still will not connect or find the device on the nightawk app.

    Sadly, the EX7000 is not compatible with the Nighthawk app.  The following extenders are:
