AC2100 Model R7200
Went through the installation process. All lights on router are clear.
Internet provider Kingston OnLine Services
Internet is plugged into the router Wan
Ethernet cable plugged into #1 port and internet in on my desk top computer (no modum).
I am not getting service on either smart TV or my cell phone. Getting message that there is no connection.
I have set up the wireless connection on all three devices, says I am connected, but nothing.
I have tried rebooting all devices. Nothing.
I am beyond frustrated.

What is the brand name and model number of the modem/ONT that is connected to the internet service upstream of your R7200? Look on the label if necessary. Depending on the device type and it's configuration, your downstream devices could be prevented from being assigned an IP address. Thus, no internet access.
