AC2400, Horrible packet loss and ping

Update: I think the problem wasn't the router but rather the modem. doing a simple reset got rid of most of the ping issues. If need be I'll do a hard reset on the modem and that should make things better.
What modem do you have?
Do you have a screen snip of the modems cable connections page and the logs?
