Ac3600 Slow Upload

Im struggling with my router.  I have fiber coming to the home (supposed to get 100/75).   Recently my speed has been non existant on the upload.  < 5 might peak to 9 if im lukcy.  I updated firmware it didnt help.  I also did a factory reset and that hasnt helped either.   Im kind of at a loss.  When I hardwire into the connection coming into my house without the router IM getting closer to the speed I expect.  Any other suggestgions?

    What is the make and model of modem or whatever it is that sits between your R7900 and the outside world?
