Activating network extender
I'm having trouble activating my extender. I have admin as user name and Default as password, as indicated for initial setup, but it won't proceed from there

You posted in the router section about a random extender.
MIght want to post in the extenders section.

You might want to include what model extender you have, what firmware is on it, and what router you're connecting it to.
You can also go to netgear.com/support/ type in your actual model number. It'll take you to guides, firmware, manuals, and some even have video walk through's you can view.
many devices are requiring you to change the password from the default "password" option. Might be worth trying that as well.
