Activation
When trying to activate with spectrum. Spectrums website says modem is offline. Everything is connected I’ve checked multiple times. Trying to upgrade from an old netgear model to this one. I have a spectrum technician heading to the house in the next couple days but wondering is there’s anything I can do before they get here.

which device do you actually have? You don't mention
Is it on the approved list of devices by Spectrum?

Is it a cable modem of some sort?
