Additional access point
I want to install an additional Wi-Fi router, I have actually only one, the model is PLW1000 v2. This model is no more sold, which model can I buy that is compatible with my router?
You can use models from netgear or other providers when you're using powerline. The powerline connection follows a powerline standard and provided the manufacturer follows that standard, they're interoperable.
What are you actually attempting?
The PLW1000 isn't a router.
Its a powerline line device with a wifi access point built in.
Is that what you're looking for?
Or are you looking for a router?
Or a wireless repeater?

- Just need to add an access point to my network. Actually I have only one access point and I need one more. Model PLW1000 isn’t anymore sold. That’a why I would like to know if there is another model that I can add without changing the actual one. Now is more clear? Can you help me?

They are different and not the same.
