Do you get any error messages? Have you tried accessing the router using the IP address of your router?
- careal71Dec 24, 2020AspirantI get message that the page cannot be opened. I am unable to attach pictures to this thread to show you.

These routers don't do "https://" from the LAN. If complaints from
your browser bother you, see:https://community.netgear.com/t5/x/x/m-p/1923685

advice:
"unable" is not a useful problem description. It does not say what
you did. It does not say what happened when you did it. As usual,
showing actual actions (commands) with their actual results (error
messages, LED indicators, ...) can be more helpful than vague
descriptions or interpretations. When all else fails, you might try the obvious:

Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Documentation. Get the User Manual (at least). Read. Look for
"Troubleshoot" and "You Cannot Log In to the Router".- careal71Jan 03, 2021AspirantPoor condescending answer is not acceptable. Giving me a link to read the "**bleep**ing" manual is offensive. You're no help.
