all ports i open go to filtered status - D7000 router

Hi Guys

i have a new router and need to open several ports for CCTV, all the ports i open are in 'filtered' state. 
how do i change them to 'open'? 

i have remote managemnt setup as the router is a few miles away from me in a business, but 8443 goes to 'filtered' by the time i get home.

even DMZ opens for a while, but then i can't get access after a while. 

Any ideas how to turn off 'filtering' for all ports i forward

    Tell people what these cameras are and someone may have experience they can pass on.
