Maybe helpful to know what the modem is in front of the router. Is it just a modem or a modem/router. If modem/router it could be causing you issues. Modem make and model info could be helpful.
Also, just to be clear, the PC is attached to the router via an Ethernet cable?

Bill wanted to know what was in front (what the router is connected to) the router, Modem make and model, it could be a Modem/Router that may not be bridged and putting out Wifi Signals as well (that would cause Interference).
