Armor subscription is active but doesn’t show up in app to manage

I recently upgraded to the RBR750. I had both my SPC and armor subscriptions transferred to the new router. Both show as active, but when I go to subscription in the app, the only one shown is SPC. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Firmware is up to date as well. I need to be able to manage my armor subscription.

Netgear support so far, has not been much helpz
