AT&T AirCard AC815S

Hello,

 

My modem is showing the following message: smart cradle remoed! Ressenting devise, please wait.

 

Unfortunately it has stayed like that for 2 days.

 

How can this be solved

        from the att site: 

        If you cannot access the AT&T Wi-Fi Manager website, but need to perform a factory reset. With the device turned on, press and hold the Power button for at least fifteen seconds to enter into Factory Reset mode. You'll first see a screen showing, "Shutting down...", followed by "Continue holding (power button) to reset" all setting to factory default. And lastly, "Resetting device... Please do not power off". Be sure to hold the button for at least fifteen seconds. If you do not hold the Power button long enough, you will turn off the device instead.
