Automatically update performance optimization database not Working

Hi,

I am trying to Update the Peformance Optimisation Database but when I click "Update Now" it cycles in the window 

Attempting to connect to Netgear Server. Please Wait...

 with any results.  I have to click cancel to stop it from cycling.

 

Is there a fix for this issue?

 

Current Performance Optimization Database on Router
Version v1.218,0.0.11
Release Date 2018/06/24

 

Hardware VersionR7000
 
Firmware VersionV1.0.11.110_10.2.100

    I'm having the same issues with my R8000p AC4000 router, unfortunately...even with last nights latest FW update.
